Prices

• Prices are w.e.f. 02.04.2026 and are subject to revision for remaining units at the company's discretion.
• GST extra as applicable.

Charges payable in addition

• Registration charges, stamp duty, legal documentation and other government levies are payable in addition, at the offer of possession.

Payment terms

• Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the agreement; delayed payments attract interest at 18%.
• All payments by cheque, DD or banker's cheque in favour of the company.

How area is measured

• Super area includes covered area plus proportionate common corridors, passages, staircases, mumties, projections and water tanks.

Images and models

• Images are artist's impressions. 3D models and plan images are illustrations traced from the published floor plans; furniture, finishes and lighting are indicative.

Regulatory

• RERA registration number to be published. This page is not an offer or contract.
